The Ontario Federation of Indigenous Friendship Centres (OFIFC), a not-for-profit organization, invites Indigenous legal and academic professionals to submit proposals for the completion of a formal engagement with Friendship Centres in Ontario on the United Nations Declaration on the Rights of Indigenous People consisting of regional engagement sessions, report writing, key stakeholder interviews, and the development of a final report before March 31, 2023. The work will require the coordination of regional engagements including provincial travel within Ontario and the hosting of in-person engagement sessions with Friendship Centres.

It is understood that the information in the RFP is a combined Statement of Qualifications (Qualifications) and a Price Proposal (Proposal) and shall be the general basis for selecting a contractor to provide this professional service.
