The Ontario Federation of Indigenous Friendship Centres (OFIFC) is looking for an Indigenous social service professional who has strong knowledge in the human resources sector, with a focus on labour laws and legislation, policy and procedure development as well as organisational management. The selected professional should have demonstrated experience working with Indigenous communities, and with strong knowledge of the Friendship Centre Movement. The professional will have strong communication characteristics both verbal and written and demonstrated time management and organizational skills. Graphic design capabilities are considered an asset, but not essential.
